Two days at Scuola di Mare Santa Teresa, alternating morning and evening yoga sessions with paddle trips around Portovenere and Palmaria Island, some paddle clinics and rescue training being part of the Pagaia Azzurra level 2 Certificate training with Felice Farina and Luca Benzi.
