What are the delivery costs?

Italy

Delivery is free for purchases over €199.99 (total number of articles purchased, delivery costs excluded).

Delivery charges for orders under €199.99

  • Mainland Italy € 9,90
  • Sardinia, Sicily €12,50

EU countries

€17.50 for all orders, including those over €199.99

Switzerland
€49 for all orders, including those over €199.99

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All deliveries take place by courier.
Articles in stock: for addresses in mainland Italy, delivery by courier will take 3-5 working days. For deliveries to islands, add on 1-2 extra days.
For destinations abroad, delivery takes 7 to 15 working days. For articles which have to be ordered, the delivery times will vary up to 20 working days, and in certain cases more.
Tuilik will send you an email confirming the delivery time required and the parcel’s tracking number as soon as it is available. For custom-made articles, the delivery times will vary up to 20 working days, and in certain cases more. For each order, Tuilik waits until it has received all the items of the order, then send all together. If you need to receive an item in a shorter time, contact us by email.

How can I track my order?

Tuilik will email you your tracking link once your parcel has been shipped. Please note it may take up to 24 hours from receiving the dispatch email for the tracking link to become active.

Can I pick up my order from Tuilik premises directly?

Of course. Just select Pick Up from Tuilik in the shopping cart. The opening hours can be found in the website footer and in the contact information.

Do you also deliver kayaks?

At the present time, we are unfortunately unable to deliver kayaks. Kayaks can be picked up from Tuilik premises. Please call us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. If delivery is required, the transport costs will be payable in full by the buyer.

What happens if I am out when you try to deliver?

The courier will leave a delivery notice with the tracking number. You should call the phone number in the delivery notice and quote the tracking number to arrange a new delivery date.

What countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to the following countries in and outside the EU: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
