How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and bank transfers by SEPA Direct Debit (the orders paid for by bank transfer will be processed as of the day when the amount is credited to the Tuilik account). We’re unable to accept cheques.

What currency do you use?

We accept payments in Euros only. The prices are displayed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.

Can I use two different addresses, one for billing and the other for delivery?

The billing and delivery addresses may be different, but they both have to be in the same country and in one of the countries to which we deliver.

Do you check to make sure the payment is successful?

All credit and debit cards are subject to validation and authorisation by the issuing company. If the issuing company doesn’t authorise the payment, Tuilik will be unable to proceed with the order. In such cases, you should contact the card issuer.

Are my personal details secure?

Your purchases and personal details are secure. Tuilik uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer) on its website, and the Stripe gateway for credit card payments. Stripe is certified to the highest security standard available (PCI level 1 service provider). All the information is conveyed in an encrypted format, and your card details are also encrypted. Tuilik has no knowledge of and doesn’t store your credit card details.

If I use the wrong card to pay, can I change it?

Unfortunately no. Once an order has been placed it isn’t possible to change the card used to pay for it.

Can I use a different card from the one I used to make the payment if a refund is due to me?

Refunds can only be made to the credit card account used to make the original payment.

When is the amount debited to the card?

As with all credit card purchases, your card will be debited on the basis of the methods adopted by the issuing company or bank.
